Crafted at the esteemed San Matias distillery, this exceptional añejo begins with 100% blue agave crushed using the ancient tahona stone, unlocking a depth of flavor that forms the foundation of its character. It is then aged gracefully in American oak barrels, allowing it to develop a smooth, nuanced profile that speaks of time and dedication. The full line, Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo, will be available for tasting.
