Aguerrido uses only 100% agave plants grown in Guerrero’s rich soil. The brand’s mezcal is produced using traditional methods, including roasting the agave hearts in underground pits, crushing them with a stone tahona, and fermenting the juice with wild yeast in wooden vats. The mezcal is then distilled twice in copper stills to produce a smooth and flavorful spirit.
