Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 oz triple sec
- One cinnamon stick
- One tablespoon honey (or to taste)
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of allspice
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine the apple cider, cinnamon stick, honey, nutmeg, and allspice. Heat over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- In a mug, combine the tequila, lime juice, and 1/4 oz of triple sec.
- Pour the hot apple cider mixture over the tequila mixture.
- Stir to combine and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
